Important Notice About Tobacco Products

Due to health regulations and the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any cigar, tobacco, or smoking-related products once they have been shipped.

Exceptions

We will only consider returns or replacements in the following circumstances:

Damaged Products

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects discovered upon delivery
  • Items that arrive in unsellable condition

Incorrect Orders

  • We shipped the wrong product
  • Quantity discrepancies due to our error

Reporting Issues

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception under this policy:

Refund Process

For approved returns:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Products not in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. All cigars are stored in proper humidified conditions and inspected before shipping. If you consistently experience quality issues, please contact our customer service team.
